Return process requirements
We only exchange or return goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at info@zero.net ithin 48 hours of receiving the order, details of the product and the defect. We do not accept any damage complaints after 48 hour of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
